I’m Jason Brazier and I am a Certified Personal Trainer. I am a college graduate with a degree in Business Administration and Kinesiology. I discovered my love for fitness while playing basketball in high school, and on a full basketball scholarship in college. After graduation, I trained extensively in order to pursue a career as a professional basketball player as well as playing on the Olympic team for my native country – Antigua. Over time, my passion for fitness lead me to become a personal fitness trainer. My certification is with the International Sports Science Association. I have trained a wide range of clients from stay-at-home moms to executives, high school athletes to senior citizens. I encourage my clients to set individual goals.
